Bo Jiang = Wen Ho Lee II?

Many people are discussing if Bo Jiang Case is the Déjà vu of Wen Ho Lee Case. There are indeed quite some similarities between these two cases:

1. Both were explicitly named as a Chinese Spy by Politician and Media BEFORE being convicted. Hey! Does innocent until proven guilty applies to Yellow-skinned people?
2. Both were prosecuted by FBI under immerse political and public pressure, even no solid supporting evidence is available.
